BIOGRAPHY: ALAN MULALLY

Alan Mulally is president and chief executive officer of Ford Motor Company. He also is a member of the company’s Board of Directors.

 


    BIOGRAPHY: Michael E. Bannister

    Mike Bannister, 60, is chairman and chief executive officer of Ford Motor Credit Company and is responsible for all operations of Ford Credit worldwide. He is also executive vice president of Ford Motor Company.

    BIOGRAPHY: STEPHEN E. BIEGUN

    Stephen E. Biegun is a corporate officer and vice president of International Governmental Affairs for Ford Motor Company. In this role for Ford, Mr. Biegun oversees all aspects of Ford’s international governmental relations, including trade strategy and political risk assessment.

    BIOGRAPHY: LEWIS BOOTH

    Lewis Booth was named the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective Nov. 1, 2008. Booth has overall responsibility for the company’s financial operations, including the Controller’s Office, Treasury and Investor Relations.

    BIOGRAPHY: TONY (THOMAS K.) BROWN

    Tony (Thomas K.) Brown is group vice president, Global Purchasing, Ford Motor Company, effective April 1, 2008. He had been senior vice president for Global Purchasing since September 2004, and had been vice president for the same area since January 2002. In his role, Brown is responsible for approximately $90 billion of production and non-production procurement for Ford operations worldwide.

    BOARD OF DIRECTORS - STEPHEN G. BUTLER

    Stephen G. Butler is retired chairman and chief executive officer of KPMG, LLP. Mr. Butler held a variety of management positions, both in the United States and internationally, during his 33-year career at KPMG. He served as Chairman and CEO of KPMG from 1996 until his retirement on June 30, 2002. Mr. Butler joined Ford's board in February 2004.

    BIOGRAPHY: MORAY CALLUM

    Callum has overall responsibility for the design of all cars and trucks designed in Ford’s North and South America studios, and he also will guide the design of Lincoln and Mercury products.

    BIOGRAPHY: TERRY CHENAULT

    Terry Chenault is the president of Global Operations, Technology and Risk Management for Ford Motor Credit Company. He has worldwide responsibility for information technology, risk management, quality, customer satisfaction, 6-sigma and process management. Operating centers that provide service and collection support for automotive dealers and consumers around the globe report to him, as do the North American business centers that manage contract originations, wholesale loans, collections and service.

    Susan M. Cischke is group vice president, Sustainability, Environment and Safety Engineering, effective April 1, 2008.

    Ken Czubay, 60, has been appointed vice president, U.S. Marketing, Sales and Service. In this expanded role, Czubay reports to Mark Fields, president, The Americas.

    Peter J. Daniel is senior vice president and controller, Ford Motor Company. He reports to Lewis Booth, Ford executive vice president and chief financial officer. In July 2009, Daniel announced his retirement, effective October 1, 2009, after 38 years with Ford.
